Excerpt from The Curiousity Spark
The following is a passage from Book One of The Curiousity Spark.
Many Paths to Enlightenment
I've read there are three common paths to gain enlightenment. Meditation, concentration and contemplation.
Meditation is predominantly a right brain activity, of emptying the mind, and focusing on nothingness till you give rise to a realization about yourself and the world.
Concentration on the other hand is the left-brain exercise where you direct the entirety of your focus to a single point until greater insight begins to unfold.
The third path of contemplation utilizes the corpus callosum. The center region of the brain that connects both hemispheres in a state of semi-passive constant consideration. Without strain or tension. Through this process of mulling, you give rise to epiphany, eureka moments where insight is unlocked through curiosity.
Contemplation can be exercised like daydreaming with a focal point. The Steps to Sync are contemplative bullet points that when internalized as a mental framework, allow for anyone to begin to discover the divine reality of a more flow-based life, without years of studying, or full grasp and understanding of the mechanics that under lie - the quantum functions at play.
You have to believe, to some degree, in the seeming fantastical notions of this book. It will cost you only the time you allocate to contemplating the meaning of a short list of positive intended phrases. It costs you nothing to try.
The upside of taking this leap of faith is diving into a world where the thoughts and feelings we harbor along with the words we speak, can materialize before our very eyes. All without the road rage, white-knuckling, style of living, where we foolishly attempt to submit life under our sheer force of will.
In the spirit of using referential analogies that all people can relate to. Life should flow like a healthy poop. If you're forcing it, you're going to likely hurt yourself. Relax, trust, and let go. Gravity will do all the work for you.
I can already see the reviews this book will receive They're all correct. Each review is perfectly in line with the same stages that everyone goes through in their life. I went through several myself and anticipate several more. Everything about manifestation should look like a common recipe for the obvious.
This is where the contemplation comes into play. When you notice something in your life. How much life experience you have accumulated. And especially recent life events. These will all impact the AHA moments - the depth of the ping in your brain when new connections are made. Everything comes in due time, but the more questions you ask the more you can encourage the growth.
